SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE
Keeping your paperwork up to date is crucial to comply with authorities and avoid penalties and delays. TM’s office will make sure you are always in good standing. Some examples:

INTERIOR

Something that is all too often lost on many yachts because of complacency when it comes to interior detailing.
TM’s fastidious interior team is trained in the cleaning, treating and detailing all interior surfaces and materials.
Cleaning and organization of all storage spaces, pantries and cabinets are all included with our service.
As is the cleaning and disinfection of all interior bilges.
Laundry, room prepping and staging are standard too.
TECHNICAL AREAS
Our technical team is trained and has vast experience in all systems.
A specific program and checklist developed just for your vessel will ensure that no system goes unchecked, and no service interval is missed.
Cleanliness of the engine room and period sytem checks, together with electronic logs accessible by the owner at any time from our mobile platform, ensures all parties are always up to date with the condition and operability of the vessel.

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
A detailed schedule of maintenance for all systems and structures on the yacht will be created, with estimated dates, intervals, and costs.
TM and its network of partners are ready to provide these services at home port or service yard, as required, to keep you problem free via preventative, scheduled maintenance.
REPAIRS
When the unexpected happens (and sometimes it will) let us tackle the issue immediately and directly, no halfway solutions, no compromises. Our mission is to get you back on the water as swiftly, smoothly and safely as possible.
CREWING
USCG Licensed Captains from 100 Tons to 3000 Tons are full time part of the TM deck team. TM can cover your local cruises, day trips and island visits, all the way to ocean crossings and deliveries. Deckhands, experienced stewardesses, bartenders and chefs
SEVERE WEATHER PREPAREDNESS
The elephant in the room. Hurricane Season extends for half of every year.
Some of the best boating weather and locations are enjoyed during and all along this time of the year.
TM will handle all the insurance questionnaires, find a severe weather plan that fits your plans and budget, and make all arrangements and movements pre and post weather events.

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND DATA SHARING
TM runs on a fully electronic platform.
Every vessel has its own set of bespoke checklists, routines, tasks, planned maintenance items, inventory, preferred items, document sets, and others.
Each one of these are assigned to the corresponding staff in charge of them.
These operations are performed, photographed and comments are added, on the system for real time following by all other parties, owners included.
